So, my friends and I were hanging out at the library yesterday and were tired of reading notes so we started talking about Valentine's Day since some of us were seeing someone. Then, suddenly, one of my friends (A) kept matching me with this friend of mine (B) who's most probably and absolutely happily dating his girlfriend. Worse, B was sitting right next to him. B didn't say anything but obviously, he looked pretty uncomfortable. I mean, B's got plans for Valentine's day already and A kept talking like B's still single. Y'know, Valentine's Day can be really fun if you got a partner who's fun to be with. My last Valentine's Day was spent with my good friends. One of them came back for the holiday so we hung out the whole day. This Valentine's Day...I really wanted to do my revision for my final exam, which will start a few days after the Valentine's Day. If I've someone and if someone ask me how I wanted to spend my Valentine's Day, honestly, I really don't know how it should be spent. I'm not good at celebrating big days. Maybe I'll just hang out or something. I think I have a weird perception for "romantic". My romantic is watching a comedy and laugh till it hurts and definitely not candlelight. Maybe I'm just not the romantic type. Most importantly, I wouldn't like double-dating or having other people around. My favourite Valentine's Day movie: "Ever After". No, I didn't want to be Cinderella, lol. |
